Great app. Would love it if I could write Tex code to make flashcards.
Great app. Would love it if I could write Tex code to make flashcards.
great app, bought the full version a little over priced but good app
I absolutely love this app!!! I bought the full version and honestly could not be happier.
Helped me through lots of tests perfect app for traveling.. Flash cards get messy
Only thing i would really recommend is that they add a folders and inside have your different decks, if you use the app as your primary flashcards for studying it can get pretty dense specially with subjects like psychology and biology etc… other than that pretty great app.
Great App but currently, not at the fault of the developer, your flashcards wont transfer between iOS8 and Mavericks IF you enabled iCloud Drive on your iPhone or iPad when iOS8 launched. You will have to wait for apple to release Yosemite in Mid October to transfer your cards to or from iOS to MAC. Apple did an unusuallly bad job of letting you know this when installing iOS8. Again this is not the apps fault. It works great for me. just dont expect it to work perfectly across devices until Yosemite launches if you are already using iOS8.
love it
Very helpful in studying for CPA It syncs flashcards to my iPhone, which allows me to study on the go.
Amazing app. I can literally study at least 3x faster than normal just based on the difficulty buttons. Amazing job, and thanks.
I love the simplicity, but I wish more flash cards could be made in each set and that there could be folders made where I could place sets. These changes would greatly improve studying.
This app has helped me Ace a bunch of tests. I use it along with notes as one of my study preparation tools.Direct your negative feedback towards Apple due to their implementation of the unfinished iClouddrive feature. Leaving negative feedback for this app is unjustified for this great developer after all the work he put In hes not at fault!!! I cant wait until the add/edit delete flashcards are added to the phone app!!! Only glaring feature missing in my opinion
Transfering of cards from comuter to phone should be MUCH better. I typed up 20 cards into a folder before going to bed last night. woke up and only 7 have loaded through iCloud (both my computer and phone were left on). Not so good for studying on the go. Other than that its a good app.
This app is not yet working for iOS8, but that is only because of the way iCloud was changed. THis will be fixed in OSX Yosemite when it is released. I am currently taking a course in Microbiology and I have an absolutly incredible amount of information to memorize for each exam. It is very nice to be able to break this down into flash cards that I can study while on the go (on my phone by sending the cards as a text message until Yosemite is released), or on my mac. To the naysayers of this app, patience is a virtue. I do not regret the purchase and I recommend this to anyone. As many users have stated, I really wish you could create folders to organize studying. This would be a simple change and I am not sure why it has not been implemented yet.
I wish there was a setting to run the flashcards the opposite way. Not only do I need to know what the term is, I need to know I can recall the term by looking at a description.
I love the OS X app since upgrading to the full version. I am running Yosemite Beta, so I am not having the same issues others are having with iOS8. I am able to get all of my flash cards on my iOS8 device with no problem. What I hate about the iOS application is the way it handles the questions only 20 at a time, though it does keep them all in the same deck. It annoys the heck out of me, because if they are in the same order I typed them up, I remember it too easily because of other associations. I want it to scramble all 300 cards in the deck. It is a little better after I have gotten through the questions one time and can sort by difficulty, but I wish it would shuffle the full deck instead of splitting it up like it does. If it handled the questions the same way the OS X app handles them, I would love it. That being said, it is the best flash card app I have found so far that uses iCloud to easily share between devices, so I would still highly recommend it.
I am in nursing school and would die without it. It doesnt sync well through iCloud though =(
Love this app. I contacted the developer about a small export issue and a week later this is up. Super great minimalistic but powerful app. A must for any serious student who is not into the paper flashcard etc.
180 FLASHCARDS DELETED THE DAY OF MY TEST DUE TO THE YOSEMITE UPGRADE!!!!!!! IM SCREWED NOW!!!!!!
This is a great app. I use it for studying all the time. The only negative things I can say about this app is that the animations can be slightly slow at times and that you will almost definitley have to upgrade to the full version due to the twenty card limit per deck in the free version.
This is much better than the other flashcard program I’ve been using. Especially helpful is the study mode that repeats cards depending on your assessment of how well you know it. Also the search function looks through all decks of cards - that makes it easier to break down subjects into smaller decks and be able to find what you need. You are able to move cards around in a deck, but one improvement would be to allow you to move cards to other decks. Great tool
